Just Rebuilt my 1098runs but knocking

I Recently repaired and replaced my 1098 engine,The donor Engine started after a few adjustments after 5 -10 min run a rumbling vibrating sound from the botom of the engine began.no smoking or oil warning light.As a novice at this the Hyanes manuel has several sugesstions what it could be.any suggestions for diognosis and repair?
