Door Tops

Post by Steve_PFJ »

Hello,

Not been on here in a while but am still working on my two door. Slowly but surely it's coming along.

It's a 1969 2 door in trafalgar blue, it turns out it was a mobility vehicle originally. I was having a conversation with a guy who's been restoring moggies for a while now and he was saying he thought for the year and model that my car should have stainless door tops. When I got it it had painted tops, and I thought this was correct.

So can anyone on hear confirm one way or the other please?

Cheers,

Steve

The stainless door tops were fitted to 4 doors & travellers - 2 doors had painted tops as standard.

Stainless ones off a travellers can be fitted instead though quite easily if preferred.
