removing all windows and seals best way?

hi there. what's the best and quickest method for removing all windows and seals for a bit of derusting and then the best way to apply the new seals, (and the best place to get them), and then windows back in? i don't ask for much do i?!

are the new seals up to much? I was going to cut the old out.

I would not necessarily concern yourself with the quickest way, more the most effective, especially as you are dealing with glass! The front and back screens can be pushed out after removing the filler strips ( if you're feeling lucky) otherwise carefully cut the rubber around the front of the glass so it can be taken out, then remove the remaining rubber (best to get new anyway) If you've got a 4 door pointless taking the door glass out. Rear body glass I presume can be done in a similar way.
