Gear lever

the gear lever of MM1000 ( Right side drive -model ) -when move right side , spring ( come back) to middle - but when move left side it not spring ( come Back ) to middle - why ? look image[frame]Image[/frame]

That is to stop accidental engagement of reverse. In fact it is not sprung, it moves from left to right, with first and second gear on the left and third and fourth on the right.

You have to guide the lever between 1,2,3,4 and pull it towards you against the spring then down for reverse.

I said, on the neutral position of the gear lever ,when I just move Left & right , ( when i move to left ,it not come back to middle automatically ) But when I just move to right side , then lever come back to middle automatically - Why left side not work like that ? look image

In the neutral position there is no spring, only when you push the gear lever hard to the right towards reverse.
A modern 5 speed box is spring loaded towards 3/4 and you have to push against the spring for 1/2 and 5/R.

Sandun, if you take away the left arrow and the square from your diagram, then it makes more sense. The gear lever will sit below first or third but not above reverse. (It springs back as it should) The relative position of the stick to the square hole is not relevant.
