Hi Ive gotta repair/replace the b posts on my van but can't really afford the £30 per side for panels... Any sugestions.

find a scrapped van and cut out and re-weld in your van, or make your own but i personally would'nt want to make my own just in-case they wernt strong enough and you rolled it or something. maybe just bite the bullet and get some new weld in parts

A scrapped four door is a more promising source. The panel is the same and normally in better condition as it dosnt get road spray off the back wheels like vans do, due to being protected by another door and extra sill.
Failing that you could fabricate repair pieces - its a complicated shape but if you break it down and build it up in bits its often doable. Depends how bad yours are really.
