My 1963 2 door saloon is now back on the road after many years in the garage,unfortunately not for me to drive but my sons first car,still plenty to do but it's another one back on the road. :D[frame]Image[/frame]

Thanks,am working on getting him involved but at the mo he just wants to drive!Still waiting for the insurance docs though so we can get the tax disc.

Car now stuck in Warwick,going up Saturday to fit new cylinder head etc,head gasket blew on way to Birmingham with my son on his first solo long day out! :(

New cylinder head (unleaded) fitted all was going well but now the flasher unit has decided to give up :evil: Thanks to my brother for his help.[frame]Image[/frame]

If a car has been off the road for any period of time, parts do stop working - corroded bullet connections, lack of grease. Give it a good run around to get it all working again. These cars need regular use/maintenance to keep them going. They don't like sitting in garages - they get bored! :wink:
