Hi All,
I'm currently trying to sort out the rough running on my car. It's got standard 1098 engine with 1 1/4 twin SU carbs with pancake air filters and a 12G206 head.
I haven't fitted any of this so I don't know if the correct needles are fitted in the Carbs. Does anyone know ?
Cheers,
Will
What needles for this set up ?

Thats right, I thought that thread would get too muddled if I asked this. I am pretty sure M is what it has but I will check.
Thanks,
Will

Re: What needles for this set up ?
1962 - 3 1098 Midget engines used GY needles, M was the rich option.
1964 1098 Midget engines used AN needles, H6 was the rich option
This set up was also used on the 1275 Midget
Go to http://www.mintylamb.co.uk/suneedle and enter the needles for a comparison chart
