can somebody give me hints on lowering the front of my moggy please.

You can lower the front by adjusting the torsion bar but beware of running on the bump stops as this will play havoc with your inner wings.
You need to distmantle the front suspension to take the tension off the torsion bars and then move the arm at the crossmember end down one spline for 1in of movement. If you haven'[t done it before it's a good time to give the suspension a god going over and replace any worn parts.

You need to move the arm UP one spline to lower it...... It's really really NOT a good idea. Much better to make the suspension work properly rather than rushing in to 'lowering' it......
