Think I've found it...4.55:1 or 9/41
Question now is...is one from 1956, A30 the same?

As far as I know the Minor 950 was fitted with the same type of axle as the baby Austin (same differential and brakes) BUT the Austin axle is narrower (3-4in) much like the midget.

I thought the austin a30 had non hydraulic rear brakes? I know the a35 does. The axle is narrower, its same as midget i think, just the same diff sizes. Why not just fit a 4.22 off a later minor?
