wheel brake cylinder bolt size

Post by sidsmith »

:) I took mungo for his mot last week and he sailed through with the exception that the tester said there was a wheel brake cylinder bolt missing. I replaced all the wheel cylinders and pipes last year so the bolt must have dropped out or I forgot to put it in, therefore can anyone tell me the size/thread, as the webbs classic show is on in 2 weeks and i intend going.
cheers. :-? :-?

The larger one is 1/4" unf, the smaller one - sorry don't know - but MOSS have both in this diagram http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/Shop/ViewP ... exID=17087

Oh yes - it is, well done Chris - I remember tapping out the holes now. The small one has a non-standard size head though because there is not much room. Allen cap screw works well - but do protect the cavity with a lump of grease to prevent it going rusty in future.
