Traveller rear handle and lock
Hi, I have a traveller rear doors handle and lock with no key... doea one have to buy a whole new handle or can you fit a new barrel in the handle?? Thanks!!
Re: Traveller rear handle and lock
The barrel is available as a separate item. Fitting it is a matter of prizing off the cover and releasing a retaining pin. There is a spring that will fly out. Push the barrel inwards away from the handle. When re-assembling, it's a question of getting the cover to stay in place without the purpose made jig - I found that a blob of solder helped. Once fitted to the door, the wood also holds everything together.

The lock number may be stamped on handle somewhere.
