Headlining Front Board

Post by TNM »

Any one any idea where or who sells the headlining front board?

ESM etc dont seem to list them.

I did have one, but seems to have been "miss placed" in the workshop, read that as burnt for heat by some one!

Hi

Why not make your own :D

I took the dimensions for my traveller one which I assume is the same as the saloon.

Its 1/8" ply.

Heres the sketch

Excellent! What about the interior light mount? On my 'board' the light fixes on to it, and the wood's fairly thick around that...

Hi Fin

Well it would appear that the saloon and traveller ones are different !

The traveller has its interior light much further back so dosent have the support in the front headlining board.

I suspect that the main measurements are the same but would need extending back and thickening for the light unit.

Can you measure yours around the light for the original poster and check that the front dimensions are approx the same as yours?

I required one of these a while back. I got one locally but not before contacting ESM who bless em came back with a yes after I had obtained one.
I would give them a call and see if they can help.

Refitting is however a 'one shot ' affair it has to be right 1st time . Good Luck..
