A 1961 2 door Morris Minor Saloon, Pillarbox Red (although not its original??) Reg PAS 170.

PAS170 looks like a reissued age related plate. Suggest you buy the DVLA search then you can find out the original registration etc.

As above, its probably easiest to do a V888 request through the DVLA, you will then get a record of all the previous owners and also be given the original registration number. It should also allow you to see the basic original colour and also possibly when it was changed.
Think it costs £5 to do but the info you get is quite impressive for the work they have to put in to get it.

I have just recieved the results of the V888 form. The original reg number was JCC562, does anyone know this car, plus it was Gray in colour.
