Passed My MOT YEEESSSSS
Completed the welding in preparation of the MOT and renewed the front Brakes and all set for another year on the road. MOT Pass Great. Roll on the Scottish Rally at Biggar on the 11th and 12th June.

Fabulous! Really glad to hear you're back up and running.
I'm guessing you found a classic car friendly garage for the welding.
Which bits did you get done? I remember the outer sill, and the photos of the spring hanger. ( did they find anything else to do?)

Hi Ray, I found a mechanic in my village who has a triple garage with more mechanics equipment than I have ever seen. He was an mechanical engineer and has stripped down about 10 cars and built them back up. It needed the inner sill to be replaced the spring hanger and the inside rear wing. I replaced the complete front brakes and the pipes. It is really solid now. Well pleased.

I got mine welding done by a Morris Minor Specialist in Surrey
He is called Alan Hill, only Works with Morris Minors (Occasionally Oxfords)
It is Over the Hill Motor Company, give him a call on 01483 202395
I would always recommend him, Even if it Means travelling
