Hootless, one green flasher, and no interior lights

Post by PhilEKH »

Where to start.... '65 saloon, new to me, quite nice but can be a bit erratic. The horn stopped working, the interior light doesn't work anymore, and the green stalk-end indicator warning works, sometimes, and when signalling right only. Are these issues likely to be a) linked and b) down to bad earthing? Or are we looking at a rewire?[frame]Image[/frame]

Fuse blown - or bad contact/connection for horn and interior light. Sounds like bad connections for the flasher problem.... It's not going to need a rewire!

The horn and interior light both work off the same fuse so check the fuse with the purple wires.
If the indicator warning light is not working on one side it is normally because one of the indicator bulbs is not working, blown bulb or bad earth. If the side light works OK then the earth is OK
