idle changed when warm

HI there. Yesterday she was cutting out in traffic once and the idle note wavered a little every 5 seconds. Could have been vapours. But I thought the exhaust was a bit smoky, white smoke. Parked.it up came back later and was back to normal smooth idle etc. Could It be a piston ring worn or is it probably fuel related? Can do a compression test and check plugs.

You worry about it too much...... Just set up the engine when it's hot.

Renew all service items one by one, unless you do so your car seems determined to give you problems. It has been mentioned before but sounds like you haven't done this yet! Elimination is your best bet.
