A friend has some hubcaps that he belived to be off a minor as they had a lovely 'M' in the middle, however when he bought one to show me it turns out they are not. I didn't get a chance for a photo but they are about half an inch smaller in diameter and the they are much flatter (less domed) than the minor ones.
Anyone know what they might have come off of?
Thanks

Re: Hub cap question..
The Series MM and early Series 2 had smaller hub caps than the 1000

Re: Hub cap question..
Could well be Morris 1100/1300 ones. They are a bit smaller and flatter too. The outer edges are a much crisper profile than the softer rounded Minor ones which is the main visual difference.
cheers

Re: Hub cap question..
Does the 'M' look standard, maybe they're Wolseley hubcaps from Hornet upside down?

No, definately M hubcaps. The M rubbers on the foot pedals could be upside down Ws

Re: Hub cap question..
I've had a look online at some photos and think that they are most probably 1100/1300 ones. Thanks for the help. I'll try and get a photo of one on here so you can confirm.
