Update on Archie (4 door)

Post by dave220452 »

Nearly there with my restoration of Archie, my Old English White 4 door :D
He is currently stored away in the spray shop waiting for next weekend, where he will let his colours shine at the Ragley Hall car show in Alcester.
Getting Archie ready for the show has been a long journey, but it will all be worth it in the end as I am now starting to see a good improvement on the car that once sat in my garage looking grim.
Some photos...[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]

Again, a small interruption from another passer by admiring Archie ...[frame]Image[/frame]

Most recent pictures ... 1 week to go before he is hopefully finished ...[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]

Archie is going in for his MOT on Monday; I am hoping he will pass with flying colours (fingers crossed!)
Hopefully see some of you at the car show on Sunday/Monday.
Please come and say hello - I will be with Archie on both days - now you have no excuses not to show your face as you knwo what Archie looks like!

All the best

Looking Good. you have done well there! I think he would look better if he had set of black and silver plates, but thats just my opinion. Well done!
