Help wanted for a car show in Cardiff.

Hi everyone.
One of our long standing branch members had invited our branch to attend his village festival in Radyr Cardiff. Months ago we agreed to attend and have a display of Morris's. Plans were well underway. Sponsors were found and Trophies were engraved for prizes ect. It was hoped that we would have 10 or more vehicles there.
At our Branch meeting tonight we were given our final details of where we need to meet but now only 4 - 5 Morris's can make it. We really need to make these numbers up to 10 otherwise we will have to pull out and make a few people very disapointed. I know that when I have mentioned some events that I organise on behalf of our branch we get a good response from other Non branch members But we really need a few more owners to help make this happen. I know it's short notice Sunday May 15th but we need to know before Monday 9th. Entry is free and you don't have to be a member. Just turn up in your Morris.

Is there anyone interested in taking part in this event andmake an old man and long standing member happy?

PM on the way, i will check to make sure my boy hasn't got a rugby tournamnet that weekend and me and my brother in law might be there (or hopefully at least one of us) so that will be an extra 2 moggies

Just an update. After posting an appeal on here last week. We have had a few owners enquire and after ringing around a few friends we have 15+ who can attend. Tom was informed that we can goahead with the display and run and will make his day.

I getting excited about our Branch Rally. It's the 1st one for over 15 years.
Our numbers are now 88 over half of them Morris's.
