hi ive put a post in the wanted section for trunnion rubbers but no takers yet, who supplies the good ones? if you do can you please sell me some

Don't fit 'rubbers' - fit polyurethane bushes - they make a BIG difference, especially on that joint. JLH sell them - other suppliers too of course.

i mean the trunnion seals the ones like small black rubber bands?

They normally come as part of the trunnion kit, I don't know if they are available separately, unless someone has some spares

The relevant part of the question being "who sells GOOD ones?"
It seems that all the usual suppliers are buying from a (cheap) source with very poor quality rubber.

there is a company called BGH I think (british Gasket something) and thats exactly what they do.

or there is an industrial seal supplier called Eriks that might be able to help

sorry for delay in replying ive had no elec all day!
not its not 27 its 97, (i think) the sealing ring for the fulcrum pin. i ve replaced them twice already with new rubbish, they are much thinner than the old ones and just start perishing as soon as they are put within 1 metre of the pick up. rubbish , rubbish rubbish.

so has aupick up got any of these please?

To fit the new seals you have to strip the suspension. alternatively, as I've recommended before, use self-amalgamating tape. You can wrap it round in situ, and it lasts forever.

i know about stripping down the suspension, as i said i have had to replace the rubbish ones twice so far! i like the idea of the tape and can see the appeal but it just doesnt seem right to me!and ua are they the older thicker ones you have? how much do you want for them please
