How do you get the rear door window frame out, I have undone the bolt on the front edge of the door and the bolt under the lower grommet on the rear edge but it still won't come out ? Am I missing something ?

Have you taken the door card off and undone any bolts at the bottom of the centre pillar?

Yes door card off, no bolts behind it like there is on the front door.
