Morris minors are tops in survey

Post by davidmiles »

The Latest edition of Practical Classics magazine have published a readers survey( by Footman James classic car insurers) that puts Morris Minors in first place as top score for ownership numbers. Last years survey, Morris minors were in third place. Looks like we're a growing concern.

Or other makes are declining faster  We would need to see the actual numbers before we could draw the conclusion, and even then, would have to allow for varying numbers of responses - one can prove anything with statistics.

Apologies for wandering off topic, and also to female readers, but the old adage is that statistics are like a bikini - what they reveal is interesting, but what they cover up is more so.

I have to say I quite enjoy practical classics! That and classic cars weekly are my staple reads. And one of the writers runs a classic workshop half a mile from me. I have to say I'm not surprised.... I've already seen more minors on the road this year that in the entire of last year.
