wiper switch wiring

Post by Rolly Field »

I am restoring a 1968 Traveller and have started fitting the wiring loom, but I am having trouble finding the wiper switch wires, there is nothing coming out of the loom, I have found that the green wire on the motor is from the Voltage Stabliser, but the other two wires I can not find where they go, also what wires do I need for the switch. HELP!

See the very useful 'simplified' wiring diagram by Barry - at the head of this section.

The voltage stabaliser only acts as a junction box for the green wires so connect a green wire to wiper term.2
Black and green connects term.3 to the wiper switch and black earth wires connect the switch and term.1 to earth
