recycled car bodies & a caravan

Post by nigelr2000 »

I went for a pint in Norwich on Saturday with my son and we sat in a bar near the river and moored opposite was the weirdest boat I have ever seen. I cursed myself for not having a camera with me so went back today to take pictures.

As can be seen the rear is a Land Rover, the centre is a sawn off caravan and the front is a ...........well i am not sure what it was but the hinges look morris minor although the door handle isn't. What do you think ?[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]

What makes you think it's a boat?

The big blue thing underneath it all is a boat hull, when the tide was coming in Saturday it was bobbing around so its definately a boat. here is another pic to show it is definately floating [frame]Image[/frame]
And another[frame]Image[/frame]

It's a good way to get a weatherproof roof with added windows, even weatherproof doors all in one go.

Consider trying to fabricate all the from scratch.

Wouldn't last long if it was getting sprayed with sea water mind.
