My local paint supplier, Morley Motor Factors, in Derby, now have a magic machine which they can bring out to your car and scan a cleaned area of paint. They then plug it into their computer, which generates a matching paint mix, which they'll mix (in cellulose, 2K, or whatever), while you wait.

May not be necessary for Trafalgar Blue, but handy if your car's been resprayed in a non-original colour by a previous owner.
