morris minor convertible conversion

hello everybody im pretty new to this,but i thought the best place for advice is here,basically i cannot afford a genuine morris minor convertible,so im hopefully going to convert one from a convertible i have (barnfind)which is rotting unfortunately into a 2 door saloon,would anyone have any tips on how to remove windscreen frame and any other tips or advice,

Welcome to the forum! Slightly confused as to what you plan though - making a 2 door saloon from a convertible ??

hi thanks for a reply,i may of confused it a little,i would like to make a 2 door saloon into a convertible,its just i have a convertible but only recently found time to look her over,she is in fairly bad state. so i also have a 2 door rolling shell so im hoping i can put the bits from the convertible onto this,sorry if that sounds confusing,

Ah well that sounds more reasonable ! I'm sure someone will be along soon who has done the conversion - at least you have an original to guide you!
