Information on Morris Minor Wheel Trims?

Post by SgBest348 »

I recently went to admire a friends perfect Morris Minor saloon and he had attached what i belive to be wheel trims.
they were not aloys, and was wandering if there were still dealers who sell these from new or if it would require a little bit of hunting around in spares sells and auctions.

just any general information on what they are/ how easy they are to comeby would be much apreciated.

am prodominatly looking for the spoked trims. they seem awfully hard to comeby. not sure if they are original features or if there are manufactures still making them?

i think i've still got the set of 4 of these knocking around, not in perfect condition though (all like the one in the pic, a bit scuffed around where the hub cap goes)

yeah i don't know where they came from, they came on the car. they're surplus now as i fitted minilights.

i think they've been hanging on a nail in the garage for about 3 years  i'll dust them off and make sure they havent got squashed if i get the chance!

(the wing was immediately repaired with duct tape by the way, and then swiftly replaced!)

i was considering applying minilights as i was torn between white walls and minilights. as the two dont go together, have decided for spoked wheel trim and whitewalls...... hot!

how much would you like each?
i'd pay postage of course
