Hill climb car prep

Is there any specific things you need to put on your car for hill climbs and track days, like roll cages, or 4 point harnesses, any thing like that really.

It looks like it depends what class you are in, looks like you need a crash helmet at least.

I'd be thinking about what to remove to make the car lighter.

ok, its just when i have been to hill climb and track days, they have all had a tow sticker pointing to the towing point, and also some of them have this little black flap at the front of the car.

just wondered if you HAD to have these fitted to your car

no where, for a very, very long time i just wanted to organise my self so when i finish my car i can take it straight to an event instead of taking things apart to put something else on.
