'CREAM' Coach-line

Ok, I'm currently doing a respray, and now want to find a stick on coach-line for my Trafalgar blue Traveller. My problem is I can't find a cream one anywhere, I can find every colour under the sun bar cream. Can anyone please help?

They were done 'freehand' at the Works by high skilled craftsmen. Stick-on tape will look dreadful. As I have little skill - I used twin lines of masking tape carefully arranged to leave a gap between - and then painted in using a little tin of Humbrol model paint and a fine brush. I believe special tape can be bought now, that once applied has a centre strip that is peeled away to leave a strip ready for painting !

If you want to keep it original, the coach line on a trafalgar blue car would have been pearl grey (light silver/grey) not cream.

Well the tapes about 3mm and that looks ok.

You could stick the double tape on which will give a consistant 3mm gap, paint in the gap and then pull the tape off and you've got a nice 3mm painted line. Just a thought. Never tried it myself...

You can get pinstriping paint tools, basically a roller with a pait feed that you simply run down the side of the car and it leaves a neat painted line. Beugler, I think the maker is called. Never tried one, but probably a bit extravagent to buy for just one car.
