hi all just a quickie to ask if the reverse plunger plug, ball and spring hold the rear selector lever in place.( MM Oldbury parts manual Nos 34 35 36-------19 of the gearbox exploded drawing) in other words will it be alright to take the gear leaver out and not lose the ball inside the chamber.( I know about taking the other parts out first just in case)
