looks really good! really impressed with the paint finish you're getting. still looks like steel even though i know it's wood!

could you not make the inside edge stepped. so it's still 9mm thick wood, but has a step so some of it (say half) was effectively inside the panel. you may not have the technology to form a step, but you could make it in two halves, one smaller than the other, out of thinner wood, then glue them together.

just a thought :D

router would be ideal - and a v. worthwhile investment!

I like the CAM bolts! and the idea of a Radio in one sounds FAB! except... its not atcually going in the glove box so would be on show which was one of the main problems with having a Radio :/

Well the radio would go in the passenger side glovebox, behind the lid so no one would be able to see it :D

Unfortunately but quite rightly I have been pulled up by the moderators as this thread is bordering on advertising a business and is therefor in breach of the message boards T&C's. Not wanting to risk my position here on the forum I will stop posting on this thread but if anyone has any questions regarding these bits then I think it is still ok to PM me or here is my email address....bendiamond at live dot co dot uk.

Cheers all
