Has anyone got a diagram of brake pipe routing for a saloon, or pictures. Just in the middle of re newing all my brakes and some of the routing seems a bit dicey. i.e. pipe going forward from master cylinder goes through the side of the chassis then over the centre crossmember in a U shape and has been fretting where it goes over the crossmember. Any help greatfully recieved.
Cheers,
Steve

Hi
There should be a rubber sleeve on the pipe where it crosses the gearbox X member.
Im fairly certain there is a diagram in the Morris Minor manual showing the route of all pipes.

You can make protective sleeves for the brake and fuel pipes where they go over the gearbox crossmember by cutting a slit down the side of a short length of hosepipe.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.

Re: Brake pipes.
I bought all the pipes pre made from bull motif spares so would assume rightly or wrongly that they will all fit straight on................
