Determining Orignal Body Colour
I see that there is some website that determines the dates particular colours were intrroduced and stopped and what 'body numbers/chassis numbers' these included. Is there any other way of telling?
What checks as a new Morris owner do i want to do online. under the bonnet, anything important really,
Thank you

The Series MM website http://seriesmm.mmoc.org.uk lists all the paint colours, codes and dates. Look under Tech Info and Car Ident.

Well that's one description of limeflower
I agree it is an acquired taste, but very much a colour in keeping with the '70's when it was produced! I have seen a mint condition one with the original navy blue interior and in the sunshine it looked ok.

Lime flower green and a navy blue interior?
Acquired taste has to be an understatement, where is the nauseous smiley?

Re: Determining Orignal Body Colour
Heh heh - mine's Limeflower! HATED the colour when I was a kid, always gave my parents grief about it. I wanted a blue one, but seeing as I wasn't even born when they got it I didn't really have a say in the matter! Now it's mine, I actually quite like it - just because it is that little bit different and does tend to stand out from the crowd at Moggie rallies. It's a love it or hate it colour really ...
