Something Other Than Snow.

Some pics of the Monsoon taken by a workmate. Just as an aside, Darwin is the Lightening Strike Capital of the World as you'll see.[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]

Good to see the minors are safely away from all that danger, although it would make a dramatic picture..

Does it get massively humid before the monsoon there?
I was in India not long before the monsoon season and the humidity was incredible, I could hardly breathe or move.

We have a couple of months before the monsoon called the 'build up' when it is 35 degrees and 90% humidity. Absolutely atrocious. I'm used to it after 30 years but it certainly sorts out the ones that want to live here and the ones that don't.
Once the monsoon breaks it rains every day so it is bearable. Still hot and humid but bearable.
