There was a nicely written article in the Telegraph yesterday to tie in with the Minor Million anniversary:

Re: Telegraph article
A good article, but spot the mistake...
Sensing a problem of proportions, he insisted the prototype be cut in half lengthways and a 10 in gusset inserted from bow to stern.

Re: Telegraph article
Despite the obvious mistake, the prototype was widened by 4 not 10 inches, it is an entertaining article. It is also interesting to read the comments left, some of which are rather biased and uninformed especially from the "revenue earner" complaining about being held up by "pootlers" driving Morris Minors!

I agree, its been written by a brilliant professional writer with great sympathy! Thanks for posting this, I've added my own comments (67 comments as at 1130 Monday 3rd January), some of which make interesting reading and they are not all positive! Sam

Re: Telegraph article
10cm is almost 4"- so must be some confused editor, confused between metric and imperial. We have an Imperial car, measure it in feet and inches!!!
Cheers John - all comments IMHO
