Lights are not fused. Check your battery, battery connections, main earth strap connections.
Does the car start or is there no power at all?

Brake lights and indicators are fused (Fuse 2) its the headlights that are not fused and they are fed from the A terminal in the control box / Voltage regulator.....(sidelights / number plate lights have an inline fuse)

Check the ignition fuse by switching on the ignition and wipers and the battery fuse by pressing the horn.
Check for a live wire shorting out and the connections to the dip switch
