right when i stripped the suspesnion my dad moved it and the lower wishbone came off, i have no idea were to put it on, is there a measurment from the ground to the top of the wishbone

im hoping to do the suspesion later today

On level ground the c/l of the torsion bar should be 10.7in above g/l.
Fit the top trunnion and the bottom trunnion and front and rear wishbones but don't bother with the tie bar or centre tightening bolt. Bolt the wheel to the hub and check, the least you fit the least you will have to strip off if you need to adjust the torsion bar setting. Each spline adjusts the height by 1.5in. Mark the position of the arm on the spline.

Just stick it on and try it on the ground (obviously not moving the car! :roll: ) without doing up all the bolts/nuts. If it's not right - it's a couple of minutes job to move it up/down as required to get it right........

cheers i had a try and found out the eyeball pins were knackerd :( so ordered new ones along with new nuts and bolts and il try again when i get em

It's a pity no-one makes negative camber eyebolts - Jono at JLH was intending to run some I believe - but nothing seems to have come of it. And yes - I do see it's the 'pins' you say are worn......... But do fit a washer or two behind the eyebolts - making sure you still get full nut engagement on the threaded end.
