UPDATE - Camping pitches on the main MOT-UK area are going very quickly. These are only being alocated once deposits have been received, registration only does not secure a pitch. So if you want to be camped with the main body of MOT-UK'ers, please send your deposits as soon as possible. As I said previously, 'first come, first served'.

Only a few more pitches left now, and new enquiries are coming in every day. Please remember that pitches will only be allocated to those that have paid their deposit and have received written confirmation of this.

UPDATE - There could be tears before bedtime for those that have registered but not yet paid their deposits :( Very few pitches are now left in the main MOT-UK area, and these are only being allocated to those that have sent their deposits.
Additionally, it is only these people that will receive further emailed updates. Sorry.

Thank you to all those that have registered and sent their deposits, it's going to be quite a gathering :D

I don't know if anyone has been in contact with you from the South Wales branch Bill but I'm sure there was talk of a Wye Valley run that coincides with the MOT. A chance to meet up? I will be with the MOT lot anyway.

Best to check with Raymond 'Santa' Dawes though to confirm what I think I heard at the last branch meeting.

A registration form has been e-mailed to you. However as I have explained, unfortunately there are no more pitches on the main MOT-UK area.

That's right Mathew. We as a branch would like to join in on one of the runs that you are planning. Our branch will not be meeting this month but Feb. meeting we will be looking at more info.
