I obtained an old M/C cap . Followed the instructions given with the kit . Drilled / cut the correct thread.I had to file the top of the cap to flatten it . Made another gasket to fit between M/C and cap .. No probs . Works like a dream !!

PS. I just remembered, I also wrapped some PFTA tape around the thread ,going into the cap. ' Belts and Bracers ' as they say in the plumbing trade !!

I put in silicone brake fluid -- it took about 3 sessions to clear out the air . I also found that raising the rear and ,if needs be , the front end, of the car (on stands)helped dislodge air trapped at the rear end .( one end at a time !! ) The A40 Cambridge Girling brake M/C often required ,that the front end was aimed up a steep bank/ drive , and the pedal was given a heafty kick to shift the trapped air , ergo , same principle !!
