DVLA vehicle check
I've just been on the DVLA website to get some information on a Minor I've seen advertised, and the 'date of first registration' was given as 1992. What could be the reason(s) for this?

Or it could have been laid up, was never assigned a new logbook when it was all computerised... It was then put back on the road in '92

'date of first registration' in UK you are then given an age related Number plate but they can always make mistakes
