Hi Guys,

Another "silly" question. What threads are used on the Morris Minor? I know I can replace a lot of the "miscellaneous" nuts and bolts with whatever takes my fancy (probably UNC/UNF). However, I am aware that there will be certain fasteners that will be either BSW or BSF.

The Minor in question is my '56 Splitscreen, hence the question. I believe the use of UNC/UNF fasteners would have been the norm when my '69 four door was built.

Most of the body will be BSF - the engine/gearbox are UNF and perhaps UNC where the thread is in alloy.
