needle size

can anyone help me with needle choice on my early 1300 a series. i have a hif44 with a bdl needle which doesnt run smooth runs ok with a little choke. no air leaks.so i guess it needs to be richer?

Ital 1275 uses a BER needle, Montego 1275 uses BCZ or BGW.
Go to http://www.mintylamb.co.uk/suneedle and run a comparison graph

The BDL IS the rich needle for a slightly modified 1275 engine. So - look for a problem elsewhere. Most likely - faulty vacuum advance something like that. And - use 3 in 1 oil in the damper.

works now, i put my tower computer on my knee :D :D :D :D :D graet stuff and such knowledge on here
