I have just bought a 1954 Morris and would like to replace the carpets. Can someone confirm if the carpets I have seen on Ebay are the correct ones I would need.

Re: Carpet Replacement
Hi Mate, the carpets that show in your post are for an 1100/1300 which I think will be the wrong type to fit. Here is a link to the right sort of carpets http://morrisminorspares.co.uk/shop/pro ... f3cb50a375
You might also need some type of sound deadening underneath the carpets.

Re: Carpet Replacement
It will fit you might need to look at it to assess the quality and thickness of the carpet.

Re: Carpet Replacement
As it's quite an expensive investment do the research and get plenty of swatches and samples before you decide. A lot of the companies are only to happy to send them out. Then you can see the difference in quality and thickness of the different types on offer.
