Well call me a jobsworth, lovely aupickup :D, but I certainly intend to adhere to the t&c's, it's only reasonable when one has agreed to them as a condition of joining the forum, nay problem 8)

Anyone who wishes may view the details of Jonathon's life time ban http://mog.myfreeforum.org/ftopic1719-180.php
Hopefully this will clarify the situation and bring matters to a close for some.

'les was banned for swearing' this doesn't appear to breach the t&cs
"criticism of an individual or organisation"?

No, not a criticism in the proper sense of the word, just a statement to indicate to members the reason for administrative action.
Any legal action for doing that would be hard pushed to gain support, providing of course it was true--- and the offending post/posts would be proof.
I'm really suprised at this belief, because it suggests that the administration has been gagged by its own t&c's! :D
