1963 Convertible

This is my baby, which I won on ebay in Feb. I am lucky enough to have a fantastic neighbour who loves Morris Minors and I doing the restoration for me. Incidently when we purchased her, we were told about £100 worth of welding will get her on the road, luckily we did not believe him. My neighbour has since purchased another two moggies for restoration and at 78 years of age, you got to take your hat of to him. This is day 1 I will post more pictures as all the welding has been done, she has been resprayed and we are now at the good part, putting everything back [frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame]

Wow, seeing this restoration reminds me of how badly mine looked when I started work on it. When its done, you wonder how it could possibly have taken so long to complete but there really is so much work to doing a full restoration....it seems to go on forever.[frame][/frame]

Where did you get the chrome side window surrounds from ? Ive not been able to get chrome, and have had to paint mine
