Outer sill, the 1/4 panel is not the easiest to replace, chances are when you remove the rear wing to do the repair the mounting flange for the back wings will also be rusty......
Too many Minors so little time.....

Repair the wing mounting flange first. Or at least that is the order I did it on the convertible. Then you can mount the rear wing to check the B pillar repair section is in the right place before fully welding it.
