Front Door Window Frames - Mix n' Match?
I am thinking of replacing the metal door window frames, complete with the quarter windows on my pick up with the much smarter steel ones found on the saloons. Obviously the frames must come off the front doors of a four door saloon to fit my pick up doors. A friend has offered me the window frames off a 1953 saloon he broke years ago. Can anyone kindly tell me if these would fit ok and without any modifications onto my 1967 pick up doors or must they be later Morris Minor 1000 ones to fit perfectly?

All four door and LCV front window frames are the same design except the early GPO vans which had fixed quarterlights.
All two door front frames are the same design except the early Series MMs

Thanks alot for that super fast reply Mike!
Out of interest what was the difference between the 2-door early Series MM window frames and those fitted on later Minors?

The quarterlight design and fixing were different. The early frames are difficult to obtain and early MMs are having to fit the later frames.
