No Ignition?!

Post by archie76 »

Hello

I was having an issue with the ignition light staying on. I read all advice on here, check dynamo, it was motoring fine, changed brushes anyway.

We put it all back together and now there is no ignition at all!

No light, the battery is wired up correctly, all connections are back in place

any ideas?

looks like the regulator is knackered, ignition light comes on when shorting out two terminals on the regulator
