I just use oxyacetylene at college, there are no houses within hundreds of yards of the Oakwood park vehicle building so no-one to evacuate!

The kit I bought is Australian called Easyweld and on the other side of the handle it has BOC Ltd! It has a 'thumb trigger' next to the gas valves used for cutting steels.
