Halifax/Huddersfield Garages/Boffins

Hello Everyone, just a quick call to see if anyone knows any garages in the Huddersfield/Halifax , West Yorks area or any one that can help with a service/good tune with my 57 moggy 1000 "Clara", I am desparate to try get her back on the road for summer but she just need some expert attention so I can rely on her, she starts fine but needs adjustments on the carb and some help with the dynamo. I'm new to mechanics and learning everyday but it would be great to get someone with a good knowledge to help. Thanks for reading and any help advice very much appreciated

Carb adjustments are dead easy....... what are the symptoms ? And - what's wrong with the dynamo ??

hi there
the carb just needs tweaking to get the tick over just right, Im nearly there with that one, the dynamo isnt charging the battery, I have bought a reconditioned one and its ready to fit, can you just lift the old one out and replace it ?
